A Little Baby Forces Yosemite to Change Iconic Names

by The Editor

A little baby threw a fit because he didn't get what he wanted and now Yosemite National Park is being forced to change the names some of its iconic locations, including the Ahwanee and Wawona Hotels, Curry Village, and Badger Pass.

The parents of the baby have apologized profusely for the incident. In a statement released by the family, they said, "we knew that tantrums can be bad, but we never expected this. At the end of the day, we ask that the public remember that he is just a baby. In some ways, this is Yosemite's fault because they put baby in a corner."

Some people aren't so forgiving. One resident of Fresno, the nearest major city to Yosemite, told us, "everyone now hates this baby. He's gonna grow up and no one will want to be his friend. Girls will never date him. He's ruined his life and I have no sympathy."

Many are confused as to how this happened in the first place. The case is so wrapped up in dense, legal red tape that to the common person it would seem that Yosemite should hold the trademarks to these names, but in a strange twist of events the trademarks actually seem to be held by the little baby.

At this point, it is looking like the little baby will remain a virgin his entire life.
