Pre-review of Benaddiction

Some people might think that we don't like breakfast because of our review of Cereal Trip. This is, quite frankly, untrue. We LOVE breakfast. Who doesn't? Our problem with Cereal Trip is that they're charging you for something that takes absolutely no effort to make.
That being said, when I first heard about Benaddiction, I was mega excited. And not because it's a food truck (some places rely on the food truck as a gimmick to bring you in.) I'm excited about it because it looks like good food, plain and simple. Eggs Benedict takes legitimate effort to make, and, when done well, it's delicious. It's not something that I'm going to make at home.
What's better is that these guys aren't so full of themselves that they try to make ordinary ingredients sound better. They call it like it is.
Take the "D's bites" for instance. From their website, "Bite size pieces of French Toast tossed in your choice of pulverized breakfast cereal." They're not just giving you cereal, they're crushing it up and then using it to bread French Toast. Sounds like...work. Not to mention delicious. On its own merit, no less.
Oh, and check this out. They have 8 different items on their breakfast menu alone, and 7 completely different ones on their lunch menu. That's weird. It's like food trucks can handle more than just 3 items.
So, I haven't tried this place because they're not open yet (there's a kickstarter for that) but I have a feeling that nobody is going to get bent out of shape over this one. I really want to try it, so you guys better donate so it happens. Seriously.
